Terms of service

These terms apply when you buy from SNUG, operated by SNUG. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a price was shown incorrectly. If we cancel after you have paid, we will refund you in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time before you order. Shipping and any applicable sales tax are shown at checkout. You pay at checkout through our secure payment providers. Your order is prepared for shipping once payment is complete.

Discount codes

Discount codes can be used once per order, cannot be combined unless we say so, and have no cash value. We may end a code at any time.

Shipping

Our products ship directly from our suppliers. Orders usually arrive within 1–2 weeks of payment. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once the carrier has your package, we will send you tracking when it is available. If a package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us and we will help.

Product information

We do our best to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colors can look slightly different on different screens. Size charts and measurements are approximate. Bundles include the colors and sizes listed on the bundle's page.

Returns

Our Return Policy explains how returns, exchanges and refunds work and is part of these terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
