Shipping policy
Delivery time
Our products ship directly from our suppliers. Most orders arrive within 1–2 weeks of payment. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, and can run longer during holidays or carrier delays.
Shipping costs
- Free shipping on orders of $50 or more.
- Standard shipping is $5.95 on orders under $50.
Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. We currently ship within the United States.
Orders with more than one item
Items in the same order, including bundles, may ship separately and arrive on different days. You'll get a tracking number for each package.
Tracking
We email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take a few days to show updates after it's issued.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package hasn't arrived 3 weeks after you ordered, or arrives damaged, email us at support@thesnugstoreusa.com with your order number and we'll send a replacement or a refund.
Wrong address
Please check your shipping address before you pay. If you notice a mistake, email us right away. We can't change the address once the order has shipped.
